Gellis Family Cigars began its journey in 2019 when our founder, Kyle Gellis, after 18 years at the helm of Warped Cigars, undertook the task to begin a cigar brand bearing his family name.
We partnered with 2 factories to bring this vision to life, Tabacalera La iSLA in Santiago, Dominican Republic and NACSA in Esteli, Nicaragua.

Each cigar comes with a signature cap and rustic closed foot reminiscent of the farm roll cigars Kyle had come to enjoy blending and smoking when he spent time on the farms of Pinar del Rio in Cuba over the years.

Saunter

The second release of Gellis Family Cigars, Saunter.
Our family has a deep affection for the Cane Corso, an ancient breed of Italian Mastiff. Sarto our beloved Corso was a staple at the office and the team would say he would just “saunter” about due to his slow and leisurely pace. We only thought it correct to name this blend after his style, as this blend should be savored slowly and leisurely.
